12U League Champs: Willoughby Wildcats

The 12U Championship was awarded to the Willoughby Wildcats with a victory over the Players i Bulls. The Players i Bulls scored first taking a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the 2nd inning. Through 3 innings the score remained 1-0 in favor of the Bulls. Willoughby got on the board scoring 4 in the top of the 4th moving the score to 4-1 in favor of the Willoughby Wildcats. In the top of the 5th the Willoughby Wildcats added 3 more runs moving their led to 7-1. Players i Bulls scored 1 in the bottom of the 5th making the score 7-2. The Willoughby Wildcats were able to manage 6 more runs over the next 2 innings to finish the game with a 13-2 victory and their second consecutive Buckeye League Championship.
